Our Injury Prevention Programs have made positive impacts on our clients‘ employee health, as well as the health of their balance sheets. We can do the same for your company through implementing your OSHA required IIPP program, performing Ergonomic Evaluations, Work Hardening, or one of our other programs listed below:
Onsite First Aid: Available for Health and Wellness Room Clients and specifically performed while on duty in the Health and Wellness Room. Certified EMT, Paramedic, or First Responder will assist the injured and employees who are unsure if medical intervention is required.
24-hour On-Call: Available for Health and Wellness Room Clients in certain areas, a First Responder responds and provides First Aid consultation or arranges appropriate transportation to medical facility.
Work Hardening: Ensure employees are fit to go back to regular duty following an injury, utilize Work Hardening and prevent other muscles from weakening and causing new injuries. Available for Health and Wellness Room clients and specifically performed while on duty in the Health and Wellness Room, Work Hardening consists of stretching, calisthenics, exercise bike, walking/jogging, and mild resistance training. Stretch and Fitness Programs: Prepared by Exercise Physiologists and Certified Personal Trainers, this is important for employees to do before work, at home, during work, or on their own. We encourage employees to become warehouse athletes and come to work prepared and ready to go.
