This job is for a Premier Grocery Distribution Center in Auburn, Washington that has over 500 employees on location.
We have two immediate openings in the Seattle area (Auburn and Bellvue) for Onsite Safety and Wellness Center Manager. These Professionals will manage our Return to Work Program for the client, deliver Onsite First Aid, provide Client-Specific Safety and Health Training, and promote and deliver other initiatives that help our clients reduce the severity and frequency of work-related injuries and illnesses.

Job Duties
- Onsite staffing of First Aid Clinic and administration of First Aid Care, within the scope of legal limitations.
- Onsite staffing and administration of Early Return to Work Program for the Distribution facility.
- Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly Safety Training and administration of Injury Prevention Programs.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Team Building skills. Ability to train others and large groups.
- DOT Specimen Collections: Must be certified or willing to be certified on DOT Specimen Collections.
- First Aid/CPR Instruction. Provide Triage and Basic First Aid.
- Provide Accident Investigations and Assist Claims Adminstration with all documentation, forms, and processing necessary.
Qualifications:
- EMT, LVN, LPN, RN, PTA, Medic, Paramedic, or associated field.
- 4 year degree in Occupational Heath and Safety, Nursing, Physical or Biological Science, or Emergerncy Medical Services (EMT, Paramedic, Medic, Firefighter).
- Strong background in Triage, First Aid Procedures, Ergonomics, and Injury Prevention Techniques Required.
- Military Veterans/Medics encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of OSHA/WISHA Laws and Regulations, Worker’s Compensation Management, Grocery Distribution, Ergonomics, Safety Training a preferred
- Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays for this 7-day a week operation.
- Must be able to cultivate a positive and innovative work environment for injured workers.
